Lisa’s story is also the ultimate local success tale. She started in 2005 as a cashier at Niko Niko Sushi in Redlands, quickly embracing the art of guest experience as she moved up to waitress. When Canton Bistro closed in 2011, Lisa became a mom and took on a new challenge at Dave & Buster’s, where she spent nine years rising through the ranks to become a Corporate Blue and Orange Trainer. This role wasn’t just about pouring drinks—it was about scaling service standards, leading teams, and mastering operations across multiple locations.

Her journey continued in 2020 at Yaamava Resort & Casino, where four years in management sharpened her skills in high-volume, high-stakes environments. Each chapter brought new insights, but the common thread was clear: Lisa was perfecting the craft of hospitality at every turn.
